Civil Service Law/Disciplinary Law

We counsel employers and civil servants on all aspects of civil service law.

Our services range from the administrative process required to obtain civil servant status to termination proceedings or retirement issues. We also handle all issues arising in the course of a public servant’s career, such as promotion, changes of status, and geographical reassignments.

We appear in all administrative and court proceedings involving these issues. In addition, we advise employers and civil servants on the legal aspects of disciplinary proceedings, represent them in potential non-adversarial resolutions, and appear on their behalf if the matter reaches the judicial stage.
